We are delighted that Karen Martin will be coming to St Joseph’s in February to share her story.
Karen is the author of Memorable Loss, which focuses on loving those living with dementia. She writes and speaks from the heart, following her own experience with a dear friend. She wants to encourage others on their journeys with dementia.
Her work has a gentle faith, conveying theirs as a God-given friendship. Karen is an ex-English teacher and experienced speaker. She prays that any who read her book, listen to the audiobook or come to her events will be blessed and strengthened as they walk alongside someone with or have their own diagnosis of dementia.
